Toxins" which are graduate courses. His current
research interests include high pressure technology, pulsed electrical field,
modified atmosphere packaging, industrial microbial products (such as vitamin,
citric acid and yeast production), antimicrobial effects of natural and
synthetic compounds, cheese production, microbial cultures used in food
industry, uses of industrial by-products in food production, sanitation
principles in Food production.
He is married to Ayşe and has two
boys.
