Course Outline: The purpose of this course is to provide an appreciation of various techniques used in operations research, and their application in developing optimal solutions for real life problems.

Optimization software: LINGO and TORA (Lab), WINQSB

Exams: Two in-class exams during the semester and final exam.
Grades: 60 % midterm exams, , 40 % Final exam
Homeworks will be solved by students in class using randomly selection!
Students must bring Winston's book.
